AC Infinity Aircom T10 - Quiet Fan System

Front-Exhaust Cooling With a Thermostat You Can Read
The AC Infinity AIRCOM T10 is a 17-inch component cooling fan with an LCD thermostat on its front panel. It sits on top of a receiver, amplifier or processor and moves up to 160 CFM of heat out of the cabinet at a rated 24 dBA. The steel chassis is 1.5 inches tall.
Where the S-series uses fixed trigger points, the T-series lets you set them. The display shows the live temperature, your setting and the alarm point at a glance. The three fans pull heat from the component and blow it out the front of the shelf, into the room.
The unit runs from the included 6-foot power adapter and needs no wiring inside your gear. Two USB ports on the back power up to six more AC Infinity fans on the same program.
Where the LCD Controller Earns Its Keep
Set the Temperature, Then Let the Display Do the Watching
AUTO mode works like a thermostat. The fans start at your set temperature and stop once the reading falls 4°F below it. That buffer can be tightened to 2°F. SMART mode drops one of six speeds for every 4°F under the setting. A separate alarm point runs the fans flat out and beeps until things cool down.
Four buttons handle everything. Hold Mode to lock the panel against stray presses. Hold the Leaf button to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, or tap it to turn the display off while the program keeps running. Settings survive a power outage.
Silicone Mounts and 67,000-Hour Bearings
Each fan uses a PWM-controlled motor and dual ball bearings rated for 67,000 hours. The fans hang on silicone mounts, so vibration does not reach the enclosure. The aluminum and steel frame carries up to 30 pounds of gear on top. Power draw is 9.5 watts from a 12-volt adapter.
Who Is This Quiet Fan System Best For?
- Receivers that shut down on protection — set AUTO below that point and up to 160 CFM keeps the receiver running through the loud scenes
- Amplifier owners short on shelf space — an amp up to 30 pounds sits right on top, so it stays cool without taking a second shelf
- People who want to see the numbers — the live temperature is on the front panel, so you know the gear is safe without opening the cabinet
- Cabinets with several hot components — the USB ports run extra AC Infinity fans from this controller, so the whole cabinet follows one temperature
- Your gear sits in a fully closed cabinet — the AIRCOM T10 needs the warm air to leave the cabinet, so it belongs on open shelving or in a vented cabinet. If yours is sealed, an open rack from our audio racks gives the same gear room to breathe
How Does It Connect to Your System?
Plug the adapter into a wall outlet or a power conditioner, then into the jack on the back of the fan. Set the AIRCOM T10 on the component with the exhaust facing the room, flush with the front of the shelf. Press Mode until AUTO shows. Set your start temperature with the arrows.
Two buttons, one number, and the fan takes it from there.
Pairs Well With
The AIRCOM T10 protects whatever runs hot in your system:
- Home theater receivers — the component most likely to overheat in a cabinet
- Stereo amplifiers — Class A and Class AB amps run warm by design and last longer kept cool
- Audio racks — an open rack gives the exhausted air somewhere to go
- Power conditioners — a spare outlet for the fan adapter alongside your gear
Frequently Asked Questions
What comes in the box?
The AIRCOM T10 fan system and a 6-foot power adapter for a standard wall outlet. The temperature sensor is built in.
How loud is it?
AC Infinity rates it at 24 dBA at full speed. In SMART mode the fans step down as the temperature falls, so they run quieter most of the time.
Does my cabinet need ventilation?
Air has to get out. This model blows warm air out the front, so a cabinet with a closed back and an open front works well.
What is the warranty?
AC Infinity covers the fan system for two years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
