How Does It Connect to Your System?
Unplug the adapter that came with your turntable and set it aside. Run the DC lead from the X-Power TT to the same socket on the deck. Connect a power cord from the IEC inlet on the back to the wall, and switch on.
Give it a spot beside or behind the turntable, not underneath the plinth. Any transformer radiates a magnetic field, and a cartridge generates its signal from a magnetic field, so a little distance is free insurance. Plug it in once and forget it.
